CATS — Conscious Aesthetics Transformation Systems

CATS · Conscious Aesthetics Transformation Systems

Your clinic doesn't have a talent problem.
It has a systems problem.

Right now — today — patients are walking out untapped, practitioners are performing the same treatment five different ways, and every ad-hoc decision is revenue leaking out the back door. No amount of marketing fixes a clinic that leaks. CATS is the documentation system that seals it.

Most consultants pump more water into the bucket. We patch the holes first — then we help you turn on the faucet.

The Diagnosis

The quiet drains every clinic
without systems faces monthly

These are not hypothetical numbers. They are the continuous losses running inside practices that rely on talent and memory instead of documented systems.

01

Wrong Equipment

$15–40K / yr
Dead capital, every year

"How much did you pay for that device the rep sold you? Now — how many of your patients actually need it?" The gap between what you bought and what you use is dead capital.

02

No Protocols

$20–60K / yr
Churn, rework, broken trust

"How many treatments does your team perform differently depending on who is working that day?" Inconsistency kills patient trust — no standard, no reliability.

03

One Price Point

4–6× lower CLV
Patients shopping elsewhere

"How many patients walked out because you offered only one option?" No tiers means no commitment — patients shop around instead of staying.

04

Lawsuit & Regulatory Risk

One claim = everything
Your sleep, nightly

"What happens when a patient claims lack of informed consent — and you have no documentation?" One claim costs more than every tier combined.

Every drain has a documented seal
Independent equipment guidance. 38 evidence-based protocols. The four-tier patient architecture. TOPPASS safety verification with a 15-form consent library. The holes get patched — measurably, auditably, from Day One.
The Two Cornerstones

CATS is built on two systems

Every track, every licence and every deliverable rests on these two. One seals the clinical leaks. The other seals the operational ones.

Cornerstone I

CCEOSS

Clinic Clinical Excellence Operational & Safety System

The clinical layer. What is done to the patient, how it is documented, and how it is defended if questioned.

  • 38 evidence-based protocols — issued as Edition I (28, derm & aesthetic practice) and Edition II (11, intimate longevity)
  • TOPPASS — four-phase safety verification on every procedure
  • 15-form consent library, modality-specific and version-controlled
  • V1–V4 assessment vectors with documented scoring
  • Competency register — signed, dated, revalidated annually
Cornerstone II

COOP

Clinic Optimization Plan

The operational layer. Staffing, pricing, guest journey and the numbers that decide whether excellent clinical work is also a viable business.

  • Cost-up pricing with enforced margin floors
  • Four-tier architecture — Intensive · Dual · Essential · Maintain
  • Guest journey mapping and service recovery protocols
  • Leadership & therapist culture frameworks
  • ROI, CLV and KPI dashboards reviewed on a fixed cadence
CCEOSS × COOP
Clinical Excellence × Sustainable Prosperity. Manufacturer-independent, evidence-based, audit-ready — delivered as practice-ready documentation and deployed in your clinic within the first week.
The Assessment Standard

Four vectors. One scoring language.

Every patient in every CATS domain is scored across the same four vectors, before treatment and again at outcome review. Each is scored 0–3. The highest scores identify the primary treatment targets — and the score, not impression, selects the pathway.

V1
Skin / Scalp
Quality
Texture, tone, colour, pore size, pigmentation, sebum, inflammation, scalp health
V2
Structural
Integrity
Volume, density, miniaturisation, underlying support, facial contours, shaft caliber
V3
Functional /
Dynamic
Muscle movement, hair cycling, dynamic lines, functional capability, expression
V4
Intimate
Wellness
Vaginal mucosa, libido, comfort, GSM symptoms, sensitivity, satisfaction

Recorded as V1:2 V2:3 V3:1 V4:N/A — always prefixed. Where a vector is out of scope it is recorded N/A, never 0. Zero means assessed and normal.

  • Monthly performance analytics, semi-annual written protocol reviews, priority access to new releases
Three-year term · renewed annually
Any fee revision capped at 5% per year, 90 days' notice
Three-year term, renewed annually
The licence is granted for three years and renews each year within that term. It is not a payment plan — each year stands on its own invoice, and no balance, interest or credit arrangement is created. Where a fee is revised at an annual renewal, it is capped at 5% per year with 90 days' written notice, so you can budget three years ahead against a known ceiling. All figures in USD, exclusive of VAT or local taxes where applicable. Invoiced annually in advance. Published rates may change for new licensees at any time; a licensee within term is protected by their cap regardless.
How the standard stays current

Updated when it matters. Reviewed every year regardless.

A standard that reissues itself annually whether or not anything changed trains people to ignore version numbers — and bills every clinic for reprinting and retraining with no clinical gain. A standard that only revises when someone remembers to look is worse. CATS separates the two things usually confused: the review, which is annual and unconditional, and the update, which happens only where the review finds something.

Safety Notice
When required
Issued within 10 working days

Regulatory alerts, device recalls, new contraindication evidence, product withdrawal. In force on receipt. Where a notice conflicts with the printed protocol, the notice governs — no interval, no waiting for the next release.

Annual Review
Every year
Unconditional · always documented

Every document examined against current evidence, regulation and market. It produces either an updated document or a written finding of no change required — and that statement is filed in your governance file as the evidence you looked.

Annual Update
Where applicable
Only what the review changed

Issued only for documents with a reason to change — typically consents, thresholds, product lists and evidence. Unaffected documents keep their version and stay in circulation. Your team is not retrained every year.

Why "no change required" gets written down
An annual review that finds nothing and records nothing is indistinguishable, later, from a review that never happened. In an inspection or a claim, the Annual Review Statement is the evidence of diligence — the absence of a change is only a defence if you can show you looked. Every licensee receives one each year.
Founding Cohort · 2026 · Closes 31 December

We are building the proof in the open

CATS is a new licence. Rather than publish testimonials we have not earned yet, we are running a founding cohort — a limited number of clinics who implement the system, measure the result, and let us publish what actually happened. Including the parts that did not work.

🇨🇦 Halifax, Nova Scotia
Physician-Led Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic
Founding place — open

Track A · Edition I. Baseline audit, 90-day implementation, outcome measured at M6 against documented starting position.

🇦🇪 Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Luxury Resort Med-Spa / Multi-Outlet Property
Founding place — open

Track B · Full COOP. Consistency audit across outlets, staff competency register, revenue-per-guest tracked from month one.

What a founding place involves

You receive
  • $3,500 for the first year, against a standard rate of $5,000. From year two you renew at the standard published rate, on exactly the same terms as every other licensee — there is one price after year one, and it is stated now rather than discovered later
  • The complete Clinical Audit, at no charge
  • Direct implementation support through the 90-day launch
  • You shape the standard. The annual review incorporates adverse-event and outcome learning from the licensee network — as a founding clinic you are that network, and your findings go into the next version
  • Named in the published proof. When the outcomes are written up, founding clinics are credited as the practices that established the evidence — not anonymised
You provide
  • An honest baseline — the audit only works if the answers are real
  • Outcome data at M6: score movement, adherence, what changed
  • A short written account we may publish, by initials and city
  • Permission to report the result whether or not it is flattering
Why we are doing it this way
Any consultant can commission testimonials. A system that claims to be evidence-based should be held to the standard it teaches — documented baseline, measured outcome, honest reporting. The founding cohort is how CATS earns the proof rather than asserts it.
Who this is not for
The reduced first year is not the point of a founding place — it is compensation for the work one involves. A founding clinic runs an honest baseline, implements inside 90 days, and returns outcome data at month six whether the numbers flatter the system or not. If the attraction is primarily the price, the standard rate is the better fit — it carries the identical clinical content, with none of the reporting obligation.
One price, not two
We do not operate a permanent founding tier. Every licensee pays the same published rate from year two onward, and no clinic is charged more than another for identical documentation. The founding year is a one-time exchange for the reporting work — after that you are simply a licensee, on the same terms as everyone who came later.
Closes 31 December 2026
The founding cohort is a 2026 programme and ends with the year. On 1 January 2027 it is removed from this page — filled or not — and the licence is offered at standard rates only. Places are not carried forward, and the offer will not return.

Our Word, In Writing

What we promise — and what we don't

No "50 clients or we work for free" theatrics. Two commitments we can honour completely, and one boundary stated plainly — because clinics that value evidence should expect it from us too.

Promise 01 — The Audit Reversal

If the Audit finds nothing, you owe nothing

Every engagement begins with the Clinical Audit: a structured gap analysis of your protocols, consents, safety systems and operations. If the Audit Report does not surface at least five specific, fixable gaps in your current operation — you owe nothing further, and the report is yours to keep.

We can make this promise because in hundreds of clinic dimensions, five gaps always exist. The risk is ours. The clarity is yours.

Applies to every new engagement, both tracks
Promise 02 — The Human Factor Clause

We guarantee the system — not the staff member who refuses to follow it

CATS documentation is plug-and-play: protocols, checklists, consent forms, dashboards — practice-ready from Day One. That part we guarantee completely.

What no honest system can guarantee is the human factor — a practitioner who won't follow a checklist, a manager who skips the coaching cadence. Adoption is leadership's work. That is exactly why the implementation frameworks and advisory calls exist — and we will say so in writing rather than promise you the impossible.

Stated in every agreement · No outcome guarantees on human behaviour
No amount of marketing fixes a clinic that leaks.
