the price is indexed to proof.
An evidence-based standard should price itself the way it practises: on evidence. Before our named references exist, the licence costs less — honestly, because early clinics carry trust risk we cannot yet remove. When the proof exists, the price will say so.

How the mechanism works
Three rules, published in advance, applied mechanically. No sales pressure required — the arithmetic does the talking.
- Today: the pre-proof price
£2,950 a year, per site, excluding VAT Priced below the register software every UK clinic already benchmarks against — for the clinical standard itself.
- The proof gate
The day three clinics are referenceable by name and our outcome data is published, the list price rises to £3,900 for new licensees — announced 60 days in advance.
- The price lock
Buy before the gate and £2,950 is your rate for the full three-year term, capped at 5% per year with 90 days’ notice. Early trust is repaid, permanently.

Three locks — we carry every removable risk
Your free gap analysis must surface at least five specific, fixable gaps — computed from your answers, not asserted by a salesperson. Fewer than five: the report is yours and no proposal follows.
Full refund on the annual invoice within 30 days, no questions beyond an exit note. The real trial is the first month of the paid year — with everything, on your own clinic.
Your signature rate holds for the three-year term under a 5% annual cap with 90 days’ notice — including through the proof-gate rise.
The questions your business partner will ask
- Whose budget is it?
- Clinical governance / CPD-and-training. For most clinics, less than the revenue of one filler patient per month. It is not a marketing, equipment or software purchase. Excl VAT.
- What’s the effort?
- Day one: log in and use the current consent form. No migration, no data entry, no system to learn — documents file into whatever you already run.
- Why now, not next year?
- Two reasons with dates on them: the pre-proof price ends at the gate (£950/yr excl VAT, permanently), and your current consent forms remain undefendable at your next adverse event either way.
- How do we exit?
- Annual term. Don’t renew and keep what you downloaded (marked superseded once out of licence). 30-day full-refund window at the start. No lock-in beyond the year you chose.
- Is it CQC-compatible?
- Every document ships tagged with the regulation and key question it evidences, plus a filing prompt — “file the signed consent under Reg 11; file the annual review statement under Reg 17.” Aligned by design, filed in your own system. CQC is CQC UK.
